SATISFACTION GUARANTEED At CS ideas we love HAPPY customers and want them to be satisfied with their purchase. You may return any item purchased from us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of product purchase price. We are also happy to pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
We will only issue partial refunds for the following items
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Any items that are damaged or missing parts
1 YEAR REPLACEMENT WARRANTY After 30 days, we offer a 1 full year replacement warranty against manufacturer defects.

Restocking Policy
Items returned to us in accordance with our return policy, in new
condition will not be subject to a restocking fee.
Any items returned to us without packaging, accessories and warranty
information may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Cancellation Policy
We work diligently to fill all in-stock orders on the same day we
receive them. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be
cancelled, but you are certainly welcome to return it in accordance
with our return policy.
Product Warranty
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee and a 1 year replacement
warranty against manufacturer defects. Cases that are punctured or
obviously abused are not covered by this warranty.
Aquapac offers a 3 year warranty against manufacturer
defects.
The contents of your case is NOT covered by warranty and should be
insured separately.
